I handed over the keys to the buyers of my beautiful Glendale listing yesterday. She came and brought her cat Michelle to see HIS new home (he’s French, duh).
As Michelle meowed, we walked the washed oak hardwood floors and gazed at the hillside, and I watched the huge grin on the buyer’s face as she really took ownership of this special property.

Originally hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Joy fell in love with Los Angeles while vacationing here as a child. After 22 years of calling the Eastside her home, she has no plans to leave.
